Run your Facebook Page without leaving Notion.
Write the post, attach the image or link, pick a date. NotionScheduler publishes to your Facebook Page on schedule while you stay in your workspace.
3 ways to connect Notion to Facebook
Notion can't post to Facebook by itself — it's where you plan, not where you publish. To schedule Facebook posts from Notion you connect the two, and there are three ways to do it.

Notion on its own
Notion has no posting built in. It's a good home for your Page's content plan, but it can't publish to Facebook — something has to bridge the two.
Automation tools
Make, Zapier or n8n can post to a Page from a Notion database through the Meta Graph API. Flexible, but you build the workflow and manage the app review and tokens yourself.
NotionScheduler
Connect your workspace, add a few fields, write in Notion. Posts publish to your Page automatically on Meta's official Pages API — nothing to build or maintain.
How to schedule Facebook posts from Notion
Once your workspace is connected, planning and publishing your Page lives in Notion. Four steps:
-
1
Connect Notion and a Facebook Page
Sign in, authorize your Notion database, and link a Page you manage. Meta's API only allows posting to Pages, not personal profiles — that applies to every scheduling tool, not just this one.
-
2
Add the scheduling fields
NotionScheduler adds the properties a scheduler needs — date and time, status, post text, link and media. No template to import; it fits the database you already have.
-
3
Plan the month in Notion
Draft posts, attach images or paste a URL for a link preview, and set when each should go out. Notion's calendar view shows the whole month, and your team already has access to it.
-
4
Let it auto-publish
At each scheduled time the post goes to your Page automatically on the official Pages API. Connect several Pages and choose per row which one publishes.
Start from a ready-made Facebook calendar
Duplicate our free Notion content-calendar template — captions, media, schedule and status, already set up. Connect it to NotionScheduler and it publishes to Facebook on its own.
A content calendar your whole team can already see
Facebook Pages are usually run by more than one person, and everyone on your team already has Notion access. Instead of inviting them into yet another tool and managing seats, you keep the plan where it lives and we handle the publishing in the background.
Page posts & links
Text, image and link posts to any Facebook Page you manage.
Shared by default
Your team already has Notion access — no new logins to hand out.
Month-at-a-glance
Notion's calendar view shows the whole content plan in one place.
Official Pages API
No scraping, no risky workarounds — the proper Meta integration.
