What the limits actually mean.
Three numbers separate the plans, and only three. Every plan posts to all seven platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Threads and YouTube. Paying more raises your ceilings; it never unlocks a network.

A "social account" is one profile
One Instagram account, one Facebook Page, one LinkedIn profile — each counts as one against the limit. A brand posting to five networks uses five, not one.
A database is a content calendar
Most people need exactly one: the calendar they already plan in. You need more when you run separate calendars — per client, per brand, or per team.
Only Free caps posts
Free publishes 10 posts a month, which is roughly two a week on one channel. Every paid plan is unlimited — the ceiling moves to accounts and databases instead.
Annual billing, in plain numbers
Annual is one payment covering twelve months, and it works out cheaper than twelve monthly ones on every paid tier — Basic is 10€ a month or 90€ for the year. There's no discount for committing beyond that, and no long-term contract either way.
What happens if you stop paying
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You drop back to a reduced set of limits that still works for light use, and your Notion databases — which are yours, not ours — carry on exactly as they were.
