Built by someone who lives in Notion
NotionScheduler isn't a big faceless SaaS. It started as one person's itch to stop copy-pasting posts out of the workspace they already plan everything in.
My name is Mark. I live and breathe Notion. I really don't know what I'd do without it now, or how I managed to live without it before and get anything done.
Because I post a lot on social media, I'd plan my posts in a custom page in Notion — but that would only ever serve as the plan. I'd still have to go and manually post everything afterwards, across every platform, by hand.
Until one day I thought: why couldn't Notion do that for me as well?
And that's how NotionScheduler was born.
Why it's built the way it is
You already plan in Notion. Publishing should happen there too — not in a separate app you keep in sync by hand. No fifth tab, no copy-paste.
Every post goes out through each platform's official API — Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and the rest. No browser automation, no password sharing, nothing that puts your accounts at risk.
Every network wants things a little differently — aspect ratios, video specs, what counts as a Reel or a Short. The app knows those rules and checks your post against them, so it publishes cleanly instead of failing halfway.
Connect your workspace, add a few properties to a database, and write. There's nothing to install inside Notion, and nothing to maintain.
