Notion can't upload to YouTube by itself — it's where you plan the video, not where you publish it. To schedule YouTube uploads from Notion you connect the two, and there are three ways to do it.

Notion on its own
Notion tracks the whole pipeline — script, shoot, edit — but it has no upload step. It can hold the final file and the metadata; it can't send either to YouTube.
Automation tools
Make, Zapier or n8n can upload to a channel from a Notion database via the YouTube Data API. Workable, but video uploads are heavy on API quota and you handle the auth and retries yourself.
NotionScheduler

How to schedule YouTube uploads from Notion
Once your workspace is connected, the upload becomes the last stage of the board you already run. Four steps:

Connect Notion and your channel
Sign in, authorize your Notion database, and link a YouTube channel you have upload access to. That access is the only requirement on YouTube's side.
