Schedule TikTok videos straight from Notion.
Notion can't post to TikTok on its own β but connect the two and you can batch-film, drop the exports into Notion, and send them out on schedule through TikTok's official Content Posting API.
3 ways to connect Notion to TikTok
Notion can't post to TikTok by itself β it's a planning tool, not a publisher. To schedule TikTok videos from Notion you connect the two, and there are three ways to do it.

Notion on its own
Notion has no posting built in. It's great for planning your content and captions, but it can't upload to TikTok β you need something to bridge the two.
Automation tools
Zapier or Make can bridge Notion and TikTok's Content Posting API, but it's fiddly β TikTok's API is stricter than most, and you maintain the workflow yourself.
NotionScheduler
Connect your workspace, drop in your video export, set the date. NotionScheduler sends it to TikTok on schedule through the official Content Posting API β no automations to build.
How to schedule TikTok videos from Notion
Once your workspace is connected, batch-film and let the calendar do the rest. Four steps:
-
1
Connect Notion and a TikTok account
Sign in, authorize your Notion database, and link a TikTok account β a Business or Creator account is needed for TikTok's Content Posting API.
-
2
Add the scheduling fields
NotionScheduler adds the fields a scheduler needs β date and time, status, caption and the video file. It adapts to the database you already have.
-
3
Drop in your video and caption
Attach your finished MP4 export to the Notion row, write the hook and caption, and set when it should go out.
-
4
It goes out on schedule
At the scheduled time NotionScheduler sends the video to TikTok through the official API. Depending on your account's API access it either publishes directly or lands as a ready-to-confirm draft β the app shows which.
Start from a ready-made TikTok calendar
Duplicate our free Notion content-calendar template β captions, media, schedule and status, already set up. Connect it to NotionScheduler and it publishes to TikTok on its own.
Batch-film, then let the calendar do the rest
The sustainable way to run TikTok is to film several videos in one session and release them over time, not scramble for a daily post. That only works if you have a real calendar β and Notion's is one you already check. Attach the export, schedule it, move on.
Video uploads
Drop your finished export into the Notion row.
Batch & space out
Film a batch, schedule them across two weeks.
Caption planning
Write hooks and captions where you plan everything.
Official Content Posting API
Built on TikTok's official API.

Yes. Notion can't post on its own, but with NotionScheduler you connect your workspace, attach your video to a Notion row, and it goes to TikTok on schedule through the official Content Posting API.
It depends on TikTok's API permissions for your account β some accounts get direct publish, others get a notification to confirm in-app. The app shows your account's status.
TikTok has a basic in-app scheduler on desktop, but it can't pull from your Notion planning. Connecting Notion to TikTok lets you schedule from the calendar you already use.
Standard MP4 exports from any editor. Keep within TikTok's size and length limits.
Captions yes. Sound selection has to happen in the TikTok app due to licensing β that's a platform limitation, not ours.
Yes β there's a free Notion content-calendar template you can duplicate straight into your workspace; grab it from the template section on this page. Prefer your own setup? NotionScheduler adds the fields to any database you already use.
